Contact the NLRB and tell them you want the UNION OUT of your workplace and they will steer you in the right direction in so far as preparing the Decertification RD petition. How long before your contract runs out? That is important to know also and the National Labor Relations Board will ask you that as far as determining the proper deadline for filing the RD Petition.
