Forgot there was an early game. Caught the post game show. Sounded like a great effort against the team with the most points in the league. 12-3 record now I believe. This team seems to play better hockey on the road. Hopefully that will equate to some wins on this road trip.

Calvin is about the only bright spot on the Birds at this time!!! He was selected second star of the game, and from the radio (taken with a grain of salt) he should have been first star.
Outshot 3-1 - this is in keeping with most of this season's games, being outshot. And only 12 for the entire game seems a little pitiful -

That's going to happen with such a young team. We have no offense to even generate any shots, yes, pickard has been amazing, but don't forget how solid our defense has been, only giving up to goals to a team liike cal is pretty damn good. This team would be a lot different if there offense can get going. Its just to bad it won't be this year. But when it does, and we can keep our defense somewhat as solid, with pickards skill, if this team put it all together, he could easily win 40 games. The future is very bright.
