Should i take accutane again!

I did an uncompleted course 2 months 30 mg's. I noticed some improvment but didnt complete the course. Well it never went away. I still have acne, even though i try to take care it. My shoulders, back, face. No more huge cysts anymore aleast but i still got lots.

Acctuane again maybe? full course this time. Its been 2 years.

I had some hairloss and got really bad dandruf from it.

I didnt like the side effects but wha can we do. I sick of waiting it out. im 20
