may i ask why you stopped taking it?
i would recommend going back on it, but if you do - stay on it. accutane alters your sebaceous glands (which produce oil) and it takes a while for the drug to do that.
if you have a hard time with the side effects, see if you could get a lower dose (althought it sounds like yours was very low to begin with).
