Why am I getting a few zits post 1 week accutane?

Alright guys, I guess my derm likes to go in deep and give high doses

I am 5"3 120-125 punds and a size 5, not small or big but average and I was on 80mgs of accutane for 5 months.

Things were hard till month 3, and then my skin smoothed out and acne faded away.

I am post accutane one week, and after only one stinken week I have some zips agian. There as big as white heads but they look like that small baby acne as if empty.

Is this just how it is post accutane? I only have 3 semi big ones, one smack dab on my nose and 2 on my forehead, but will I ever remain perfectly clear like I was my 4-5 month of accutane? It was awesome.

I realize that good skin is something you need to fight fore and I do take "EXCELLENT" care of my skin to the T. So why am I getting a few zits agian?
