Don't be self-conscious! Height doesn't really mean anything! Trust me. I'm a 22 year old female who is 6 foot and I too am self-conscious about how tall I am.
Honestly though, at 18 you won't be growing anymore. That's like me still hoping that my breasts my get a little bigger.... Sorry.
