recommendations of dr.

I have been having high level acne recently and would like to go on accutane. I have been to three dermatologists and all say no, try retin A and various other medications first. I have tried them all and nothing seems to work. In fact, it gets worse every time I try something new and does NOT clear up after a month or two as the Dr. always says it will.

Does anyone know of a Dr. in the New York City area who might look at me and at least consider accutane? My sister, cousins and friends have all had great success with accutane and NO negative side effects so I am willing to try it.
