Please help if you can!

hey everybody.. I am new to this board.. but I am just starting my forth week of accutane and I recently developed tiny little bumps. They are on the left side of my face. They came up gradually starting on my cheekbone and came up on the rest of my face now. the cheekbone area is smoothe again... I am hoping that is what the rest of the face will do. If anyone experienced this or has any advice please help me! my derm really didnt help me out very much. Don't you think its a lot easier to cope with certain skin things if you know exactly what is going on? Its hard not knowing whats up! anyways good luck to everyone please help if you can!
