i went thru 2 courses, 3 months each of 40mg/daily. it did absolutely ntohing for me. then one year later after the second course, i got fed up and decided to give it one last shot. 40mg 2 times daily, over 4 monhts, here i am 3 weeks after i finsihed my forth month and ive had 2 zits since, and a bunch of lil ones that goes away comepltely after 2 days. one cyst which i have now that i got 2 days ago and is almost completely gone with a lil benzoyl peroxide. my face still has some red marks and scars, but its a 110% turnaround. hold out and try it again, u can be successful. im no doctor but maybe a higher dose? it worked for me.
