Frank is right. Ultimately, you have to decide if you want to stop or not. Your derm can't force you to continue. I was scheduled for 5 months and stopped at 4. Accutane gave me extreme anxiety. My heart beat increased dramatically, face would get bright red if I talked to some, etc, etc. I've been off for about a week now but it's still happening. Hopefully it'll stop in the coming weeks.
