Look for a product called Spectro Jel. It's a non-soap cleanser that cleans and moisturizes, but will not irritate sensitive skin. I've used it for the whole time I've been on Accutane (17 weeks now) and it's never given me any trouble. Also, I use Oil of Olay Sensitive Moisture Therapy Lotion on my face afterwards and it has kept the peely skin and redness/dryness to a minimum.
