just started

Hi everyone....i just started accutane last nite..1 40mg pill at dinner for the first month...
i have been on diane 35 for 3 months now...going on my fourth month....i have noticed that i clear up during the week i dont take my bcp and am on my period...is that normal? ususally people breakout more at that time,..
so i started accutane but my face was clearing up...
i only breakout on my chin area...i get the odd one on my forehead or something...but its my chin that is a mess....
will accutane cause me to breakout in other places? the derm doesnt seems to think so..he said since i dont have acne there than i dont have clogged pores there..actually i have really small pores, which is good...
im worried about the initial breakout because as i started accutane my face is kinda clearing...
also..should i be moisturizing at nite too? or just morning...
also...i am 5'4-5'5 and weigh 105lbs...does 40mg/day sound like too much? i asked for 20mg but he didnt give it to me...
