Aldactone anyone?????

I am about at my wits end with acne. I tried accutane for 5 months. The only difference I noticed was that the oil on my skin had dramatically decreased during my accutane use. However, it's all back. My last month on Accutane was December. My derm put me on Tazorac for maintenance and it made me break out a lot. I am still using the Tazorac every other night. I have been using it for 12 weeks and no improvement at all. My skin is peeling and is very red. I feel like I have a really bad sunburn. So anyway, I went to the derm, yet again today, and she thought maybe my acne is from a hormonal imbalance. I am taking the BCP but that hasn't helped my acne either. I am 33 years old and getting really frustrated. So my derm recommended Aldactone. I had never heard of this and would like to know if anyone on this site has tried it and what were the results. Thanks!!!
