My daughter uses Duac and its wonderful. She is currently on Accutane, but her derm has her use it for spot treatment and it does the job. I have been on accutane in the past and now use Duac when needed and it takes care of any little problems I have. For example: when I just started working out every day and was getting some on my back a few days of duac and it cleared up and has not come back. I also reccomended it to a friend and she has been using it for just over a month and her acne has all but cleared. Granted, she had "regular" acne, maybe a little worse. She had a lot but very little in size. Anyway, just my two cents, I think for after accutane the kind of acne you may have, whether it be hormonal or just from working out, duac is the answer. As a side not, I have been off accutane for almost 3 years and have been clear other than like I said the occasional heal in one day hormonal acne or the few I got when I started working out consistenly again. GOTTA LOVE ACCUTANE!
