Are the ret spots worse?

Just started on accutane and I have to say I'm a little nervous! My acne is better lately than it has been and I'm afraid that taking the accutane is going to be like stepping backwards (hopefully not for long if that's the case). Anyway, I read your message and was wondering are these red spots and scars worse than what you were already getting before on accutane? Or are they the same?
