Your most likely on a low dosage just to get you started. Your body will start to freak out soon enough so be greatful your Derm put you on a lower dosage. As I progressed and became accustomed to the 40mg then my Derm bumped me up to 80mg. I was really grateful I had talked to so many people before taking Accutane and they told me the horror stories of the first month, I never really seen them, my acne flared up slightly and that was pretty much it, when I was bumped up to 80mg it flared up again just slightly, just let yourself get accustomed to the drug, it is a really powerful medication so it is better to ease into it.
