Accutane is super strong and doesnt need ANY help you should stop using acne fighting products now and you will hopefully never have to use them again. Buy something super gentle for your skin, Drs and lots of Acctane users swear by Cetaphyl cleanser. Dont forget to moisturise too, something those with acne rarely ever did/do but do it. Its perfectly normal to break out a bit worse to significantly worse when you first start so dont worry too much about that. Good luck to you
