My dose was just increased from 30mg to 40mg - and my skin is suddenly so oily! The first month on 30mg I was in normal skin heaven - and my HAIR! It was so silky and perfect, without the oil factory that used to start up every four hours! All of the sudden the oil is back - I'm back to the oil hell! Could this be a SIDE EFFECT? How could less accutane dry me out more? Help!
