Has your heat recently come on? My steam heat (I'm in nyc) gives me sore throats as soon as it comes on, unless I run a humidifier. I'm starting my third month of accutane, and suddenly I have horrible dry skin on my arms, but it coincided with the cold weather and the heat; I was fine in September.
