2nd time around

This is my second round of accutane treatment in three years.They say 2nd time is a charm?This time around is completely different for me. I feel aweful and tired all the time.I'm grouchy,moody and feel crappy Oh yeah and i'm gaining weight! not good.I'm super dry,very itchy and whatever i put on my face doen't help.I have cracks on the side of my mouth that won't heal and my nose too!But my face is clear! sometimes i just wonder if it's worth it.Anyone else feel different there second time around.My first time was great,but not this time.
