      I have just been out in the garden harvesting my fennel seeds. Not as many as i hoped, but not bad. Still about half left that aren't quite ready yet.So hope the coming week isn't wet.

      I mainly use fennel seeds in my bread, but also add it to apple pies. What do you all use them for ?

      Medicinally, they are wonderful when used as an infusion for any eye infections.
