Hello, does anyone know where I can buy Plantain (Plantago)Seeds in Britain? I have tried my usual sources and have drawn a blank.
Blessed Be!

Plantago seeds

Perhaps your best bet would be to go out into the wild and see if there are any plants with seeds still adhering to their stems if you can't buy any. I dug up a plant from a friend's garden and have never been without them since!!

Plantain

Hi Robin :)

The seed isn't easy to find, Nicky's Herb Seeds http://www.nickys-nursery.co.uk sell them in a bulk wildflower conservation mix, maybe you could ask Nicky where she gets the seed from, or if she mixes it herself ask if she can sell you some ribwort plantain seeds?

Alternatively BTCV (British Trust for Conservation Volunteers) has a shop online where you can find a wide variety of native wild plants the you can find a wide variety of bulbs, hedgerow plants etc. They don't have plantain seed but they do have plant plugs of plantain with a 10 plant minimum order of each variety http://shop.btcv.org.uk/shop/level2/28/stock/1729

The plant plugs would be excellent as you'd get a better success rate, hope you find some :)

Brightest Blessings - Debs <|:)
