Cayenne Pepper Tincture

I don't live in London but I did a websearch and you can buy online from http://www.botanicalhealth.co.uk/heart.html.

Other people may have other suggestions. You can always add cayenne to your food as a powder.

One has to pose the question, why a tincture? Unless you wish to make it into a homeopathic medicine, or that it is cheaper than an extract. If the person for who it is intended is a child, has high BP, it is better to use an extract. Or for ease of taking you might like to use a capsule of Capsicum Annum 500mg from "Metabolics".
