Anne McIntyre - Preparing For The Cold Season

Did you know that according to research it is “normal” to catch four to six colds a year? Or that spices such as ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, coriander, clove, black pepper and asafoetida are some of the best remedies for the digestion and for raising immunity? Glad you liked the first article and to answer your question, yes there will be more articles by Anne coming to the website. Next month there's an article by Anne on Herbal support for stress which will be added to the site. Further articles will include treating sleep problems with herbs, someAyurvedic medicine articles, herbs for children and a look at one of Anne's favourite herbs ashwagandha.

Just a quick update, as promised back in November there is now another article on our website which our President Ann McIntyre has contributed. This one is about Herbal Support For Stress which may help some people cope with stress using herbs that are familar and not so familiar to them.
