Sage & Onion Bread

Hi. Debs The crafty cook. As onions and carbohydrates may cause excess mucous membrane irritation, to add sage, a counter irritant is a good move plus a nice flavour. Remember no Onion with any skin problems or cancer.
Please consider using 'Butter or Beef fat' in place Olive Oil as to apply any heat to vegetable oil is cancer precipitating action or at least use Butter when eating. Heat treated 'Vegetable oils' should only applied to the skin for safety. Most practitioners who have specialised in Alternatives to cancers have applied this with improving benifits to the patient.
