As we have quite a few new people posting, I thought it might be helpful to remind folks how this site is operated.

All posts are moderated. So when you type your message and press the send button , it hasn't really vanished forever, but is flying around for one of the moderators to approve it. Whilst we all try to check regularly, there will be times when it might take up to 24 hours before it is picked up---I've never known it take longer than that. It is very rare for us to delete messages. That only happens if it is spam, someone trying to promote a commercial enterprise or personal attacks on other members or anything generally unpleasant. So if yours doesnt appear and hasn't fallen into that category, please send it again if you don't see it 48hrs after it was sent.

Regards
Linda

Just to add to Linda's comment, on rare occasions Network54 who host our forum, occasionally have the internet equivalent of blonde moments and data gets lost or corrupted. This happened in the early hours of Saturday morning, they had some server problems and data was lost so some posts may have disappeared before being approved. Sorry if this happened to you, but its out of our control.

Nice to see some new faces and new topics coming up.
