Crohn's Disease

I take these everyday...
multivitamin
calcium
vitamin d3
vitamin b complex
vitamin c
fish oil
coconut oil
probiotics
garlic
fiber
iron (i am anemic)

I am going to get started on prebiotics soon.

And I plan on getting started on Omega's 3-6-9 soon too which I believe has fish oil, flaxseed oil, and borage oil, right?

I am also thinking about starting beta carotene cause I heard that can give a natural tan, right?

Should everything I am taking and going to take work good on my Crohn's Disease?
And are there any other herbs that should help that I am missing that would be safe for me to take that should help my Crohn's Disease or maybe even cure it?

Hello,
Crohns disease is a miserable disease to contend with. I appreciate that you are trying to find anything that will help improve your health. However, as a medical herbalist i would not consider it to be sensible to suggest any herbs to you as with such a serious condition you should have a proper consultation with someone who is qualified.
I presume you are having medical treatment already.
I get the impression that you do not live in the uk. If you want to let us know where you live, we may be able to point you in the direction of someone who can help.
Regards
Linda
