Can't find dried Clary Sage

I'm having tremendous difficulty finding dried Clary Sage. All that seems to be available is essential oil or tinctures. Is there any particular reason why this herb is so difficult to find in its unprocessed form? To that end, does anyone know where I can buy some online?

Regards,

Dom

I have grown loads of clary sage from seed this year and am looking to dry the leaves. Not having done this before am looking for the best method of drying them.
