The NHL Playoffs are set, and since I'm not going to Manitoba this week for some reason, I'm going to set up our playoff pool. This will be the 9th year that Jordan and I have set up one of these pools. The winner gets double what they put in (nothing).

The rules are simple, for each round and playoff series this year, you pick the team to win and the number of games they will win it it. Say you pick Hartford to beat Montreal in 6 games. The actual result is Hartford in 4 games (because Montreal are chumps) you get 1 point for picking the team, but no points for the games. If you picked Hartford in 6, you would get 1 point for the team and 2 points for the games. As the series go along, the points get bigger:

In round 1 you get 1 point for the team, 2 for the games. Round 2 you get 2 for the team, 3 for the games. Round 3 you get 3 for the team, 4 for the games. Round 4 you get 4 for the team, 5 for the games. YOU DO NOT GET POINTS FOR THE GAMES IF YOU DO NOT PICK THE TEAM CORRECTLY.

So from you I need a name, an email and your picks. You can post them here or email me at njordan3000@hotmail.com. I will email everyone between rounds asking for new picks. If you don't put a name or an email you won't get in the pool.
