Its been a bad year for fleas according to everyone I’ve talked to. Not sure if your dogs got fleas but I thought I'd let you in on something I'm using.....

Since you use only 1 ml per dog the cost per treatment is 29 cents!

This is the EXACT chemical (Imidicloprid) in the dog flea treatment Advantage and is made by the same company Bayer. I've found it to work much better than Biospot, Frontline, Etc.
Just take a syringe (without needle) and apply 1 ml between the shoulder blades monthly.

I haven't seen 1 flea on my dogs since I started using this over a year ago

People stay away from these chemicals, I am in the pest control industry, i deal with these company reps everyday and state officials in NC/SC . what these companies won't tell you is the lawsuits on them over their products. the amount of side effects and future possible prob. are not worth it. i use these chemicals myself. but strictly to destroy termites , there are a load of pending cases from many illnesses to cancer in animals/people and death of animals.

i ask reps everyday, ans still can't get a straight answer in nc/sc . so take this as you will , but this is from someone who uses it professionally.

my control on fleas consist of Permethrin 10% from tractor supply, 2oz per gal. for spraying spots or kennels, spray around outside of kennel or spot about 2ft wide real heavy. Another way is to take the concentrate and use 1/4 oz. conc. as a rub on the dog, down the center of the back,chest and belly. works wonders.
Garlic pills from wally world "walmart" , 2 pills a day.

ivermectin, 1cc per 10lbs. injected under skin.

with this combo i have finally took control of our yard. we had them terrible.
