I am offering this pup for sale to a weight pull or other working home. I am not a kennel nor am I a breeder except to produce my own working stock. Unfortunately I can't keep them all as bad I would love to. I have placed the pups I felt were pet quality in great loving homes. This boy will make an outstanding working dog. I believe he will excell in weight pull, protection, french ring. Although an outstanding companion dog as I socialize all of our pups from the day they hit the ground. I would like to see this particular pup given a chance to prove his working ability.
Neither of these dogs are proven weight pull dogs. But the peds speak for themselves. this breeding will not be repeated although I will be working 3 dogs from this litter. I will be taking one of the females back to a catch weight gamebred dog in an effort to attain as much heart and drive as possible while retaining the thickness and even steady temper of the whopper blood.
ADBA registered
Strengths:
powerful build with good symmetry
no flinch
stable even temperment
strong will to please
easy going loving very social dog
not animal aggressive
work ethic? still to young to honestly say
Weaknesses:
undershot jaw
slightly stubborn
strong willed
shows heavy alpha signs at this early age
because of the undershot jaw I do not recommend breeding him if your interested at all in keeping as tight a rein on faults as possible. Personally I would not breed him because of the jaw. It does not affect him other than it is a major fault for a pitbull to have bite problems.
I have worked this dog in basic obedience. He recalls well but has a tendency to ignore if allowed. He will require more focused attention to bring him to the point I like in obedience. I have not worked him in a harness primarily because of time constraints. Should you be interested in using this dog for weight pulling I will work him in a harness and have him engaging the cart. Thats not to say he will be competition ready but he will understand what is expected of him once the harness is on. I will also include a weight pull harness built specifically to fit him.
cost: $300.00
shipping: not available

Brian,
Just to let everyone know...it states the sire is Bates' "Mr.Rip" just so everyone will know..."Mr.Rip" is the sire to your boy "Titan" who is the sire of these pups...just to clear that up...and yes you can see Bates' "Mr.Rip" and his pedigree on the males page! Thanks!

Id be willing to place this pup in a proven working home without cost. I'm not into dogs to make money. I really want to see this boy put to work and receive the love and attention he deserves. I would get great pleasure out of seeing someone get him, work him and be proud of him.
If your into working pitbulls and would like an opportunity to own a well bred, well socialized specimen with a lot of potential contact me at brian@bmfgraphics.com
With this pup you have access to nearly 25 years of dog training experience at your disposal. If your an aspiring weight puller I have a number of friends who excel at the sport and would be more than happy to help you with advanced weight pull training strategies and situations.
ps please dont assume this is a fast lane dog because of his ped. He is a companion, working dog.

Brian-
He is absolutely beautiful. He would be a great addition to our family, if I could talk Jason into including something we did not produce. But I've been trying that for years now with no luck. I will pass this on to an Oklahoma County Sheriff, Renee, who is looking for a K-9. She has fostered some of our rescues and obedience trained them all, now she is wants one she can call her own.
I happen to think a lot of you guys and I'd be happy for him to reside with you and be a part of your family. I know he would be in capable hands and that you would do your best by him. That is exactly what I want.
If you choose not to have him (I do understand Jasons point). I would also like him to have the opportunity to be with your friend and that would be strictly on your word that she will provide for him and actually work him in some productive way.
This is a special dog I can feel it in my bones after working with a LOT of dogs. His breeding is top shelf and because I dont have litters often I strive to bring them into the fold from day one. These pups were working basic obedience at 5 weeks. My wife actually picked this dog when he hit the ground and has since changed jobs and will not have sufficient time to work with him.
I am now prepping one of his littermates for French Ring and I have high hopes of making a good showing with him. That in and of itself demonstrates the ability of these particular dogs. His 2 littermate sisters will be weight pullers. The high level of obedience required for French Ring competition is going to sap a lot of my time so I just do not have the time to bring this boy to fruition.
Please contact me and let me know

Hey Brian, That Redneck girl is a very nice looking bitch. I didnt know you were into gamedogs. Shoot me an email and let me know what else you have and may plan to breed along those lines. I have some heavy bred skull dogs and they are very fine animals. I also introduced some pure mayfield stock into that blood about 2 years ago and produced awesome working dogs. They are great on hogs, if I can keep them off my cur dogs.lol

Bacon,
Do you have any 100% pure Mayfield dogs if you do...I'd be very interested...there very hard to find and the ones I have found are all up north...let me know!I don't really care where it is located now though, just as long as it came from here originally....either Don's stuff or off of Earl's. Thanks!

Bacon thanks for the compliments. I am blessed to have some really outstanding dogs. I'm kinda old school in my ways (maybe cause im kinda old lol) in as far as the kennel fever and all that stuff. I still believe in word of mouth and a handshake.
I too would be interested in any 100% tudor or mayfield stuff. Bates and I have been looking for a long time for some of that blood. Don still has some dogs but time has taken a toll on his mind as far as I can tell. I have spoken with him a few times and honestly I cant tell you what was said lol.
Mayfield owned and worked a dog called "Jesse" a formidable fast lane dog...she was a gyp off Earls "Spike" dog. I have always liked that look of white with ticking and that awesome drive and heart. I'd love to get something tightly bred down from that (of course Id like to find a million dollars layin in the street too LOL).
Thanks
Brian

SOME OF THE MOST HONEST MAYFEILD BLOOD IS RIGHT HERE IN TERREL TEXAS.
A OLD DOG MAN WHO DOESN'T WISH TO BE KNOWN. BUT IF YOU CALL ME I CAN SEE WHAT HE HAS.
I BELEVE HIS PUPS ARE OVER $1000.00 SO DON'T CALL JUST TO TALK. A FREIND OF MINE BREED TO GRIZZ. THOSE PUPS WERE BAD. HE'S THE OLD MAYFEILD SPIDER BLOOD.

James I know some one with the tightest Mayfeild I have seen (A breeding with mayfields son's dog ) that is in dallas.
If you are interested let me know and I will get you in touch with him.
Sean
I do have quite a few dogs that are pure Mayfield stock. Some of the dogs I have are bred from Mayfield dogs that I bought from don in the mid 1980's, and some are stock from Rod Kershners yard in Illinois. Their peds are very nice and have some of the blood i believe you are looking for. I must say, and i am sure to get bashed for this, that most of the Mayfield (pure tudor) dogs are bred so tight that they do better when outcrossed. For instance the poster earlier spoke of a dog named grizz, and yes he is a bad ass fast lane bulldog, but he is mayfield/tant(rbj) cross. email me by private email and i will be happy to let you know what I have plans for in the future that you may be interested in. Very rarely do I breed, but when i do, my pups go for 300.00 to working homes. i saw someone say that they knew someone selling this blood for 1000.00 a pup. thats crazy, are they guaranteed to perform when they reach maturity. Hey Brian, I know what you mean about don, the cancer had really taken a toll on him. Luckily, now he is in a better place.

Bacon you wont get any bashing from me! Those guys would be the first to tell you when they felt they had run to tight. Many of those dogs were bred so tight as to really knock them out of the creme of the crop in my view ( they will produce cold dogs as well). Of course I wont be using the dogs for the original purpose. I am interested in using the bloodline for an outcross as you suggest. My experience has been with a number of those types of dogs for them to be a bit high strung and easily distracted. These are death nails and no no's in the training methods I use and simply wont due for the work and tasks I ask of the dogs.
They do possess the heart of lion and willingness to go the distance ...those are the traits I am after.
I will email you
thanks

I HAVEN'T LOOKED AT HIS PED'S IN A WHILE. BUT I DO KNOW HE STILL HAS IT PURE.
TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE. HE IS THE ONLY ONE STILL MATCHING INTO THE FAST LANE.
IM SURE YOU KNOW HIS NAME . BUT DON'T POST IT. E-MAIL IT TO THOSE YOU TRUST.
OUT OF RESPECT I CALL HIM, AND GIVE HIM THE NUMBER OFF WHO IS LOOKING FOR HIM.
RICHARD
I DON'T THINK HE HAS EVER HAD A HARD TIME SELLING DOGS.

Bacon,
You got exactly what I want if it came from Kershner & Don himself...no need for me to check a ped on this one...I've done my homework and come close many times from buying directly from Kershner and another guy named Ike...these guys have what I'm looking for,so if you have dogs down from that lane please putme down right now...I want 2 gyps from the purest of the old family Mayfield dogs...just let me know when and where I need to send the money...I prefer the smallest you have to offer! Please send me an email and let me know when you expect to do that breeding...if you like I can probably find enough interest from right here to help sell the whole litter, aside from what you keep yourself! Thanks!

Hey James, I am planning on breeding a nice little gyp back to her father her next heat. She should be coming in the second week of March. She is 3 and untouched in every way. The Sire is an extremely talanted dog with high prey drive and excellent wind. He doesnt have the hardest mouth i have seen, but he is an exceptional all around dog. Their peds are pure mayfield by way of kershners OrNot. They will do good crossed into any other line of dogs. That is all I have plans for early this year, but if things go well I may do another breeding in the late summer. I will probably get rid of all the males and maybe a female or two depending on the size of the litter. If this interests you let me know and I am sure we can work something out. I dont make a living off my dogs and I love to hog hunt. I am always willing to trade.

BACON SOUND LIKE YOU HAVE SOME WONDERFUL DOGS. I WASN'T TRYING TO SAY THE OTHER DOGS WERE BETTER. JUST I KNOW THEY ARE REAL GOOD. I GREW UP IN EAST DALLAS, DURING THE EARLY 80'S. SO I HAVE SEEN SOME GOOD MAYFEILD DOGS . IF I WASN'T FIGHTING THIS DISEASE [WANTING EVERY GOOD LINE]. I WOULD PROBABLY HAVE 5 OR 6 OF MY OWN.
IF YOU DON'T MIND. POST SOME PICTURES AND A PED SOMETIME.
YIS

Bacon,
Do me a favor...and answer this post and when you do,put your email address where it says email optional and when your name appears it will have a line under it like mine, then all I have to do is double click and wham I can shoot you over an email. If that is cool with you I want 2 females if you can cut loose of them. The money is not a problem on the same hand if I have something you want or like I have no problem making a trade if you want...it's strictly up to you, there your dog's and I'm the one in need.I'm gonna take that Mayfield stuff and breed it back into my Wilemakeit small pulling dogs. Thanks!
