Update on weight pull stats site

I just wanted to let everyone know where we are with the stats and info site.

Cavitt and I are hashing out the site and the backend technical stuff to get it up and running. Hopefully we can come to a point here where we can get this thing going.

Please be thinking about a fair way to rank dogs etc as from the earlier post.
