Ya you guys with those cind of dogs is whats coasting us are dogs freedom. Game dogs dont mean ;hit to anyone here. So take your box and your treadmills and your fighting stuff on down the road. If you got a PROBLEM WITH THAT I REALLY DONT GIVE A ;HIT. ANYBODY CAN STICK TO DOGS IN A PIT AND LET THEM FIGHT. YOU KNOW RIGHT OFF THEIR GOING TO HIT EACH OTHER. TELL YOU WHAT I WOULD RATHER SEE I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE OWNERS THROWN IN THE PIT AND LETS SEE YALL FIGHT TO THE DEATH. SEE THE DIFFERNTS IN WHAT I MEAN. JUST BECAUSE YOU GOT A PIT DONT MAKE YOU A BAD ;SS. JUST REMEMBER THAT.........

HAVE RESPECT FOR THE "TRADITIONAL" AMERICAN PIT BULL TERRIER.
THE DOG FIGHTER ALLWAY'S GETS BLAMED FOR OUR PROBLEM. BUT IT'S NOT THEIR DOG. RUNNY FREE IN YOUR TOWN. IT'S NOT THEIR DOG BITTING THE KID DOWN THE STREET. IT'S NOT HIS DOG KILLING HIS OWN KID.
WHY BECAUSE HE UNDERSTANDS HE OWNS A APBT. NOT A F--KING LAB OR POODLE. HE UNDERSTANDS THE DOGS MUST BE KEEP SECURE FOR THEIR OWN SAFTY, AND EVERYBODY ELSE.
THE PIT BULL HAS CHANGED VERY MUCH SINCE. I SEEN MY FIRST ONE IN 1978.
THERE ARE VERY FEW TRADITIONAL DOGS LEFT. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THEM THEN JUST LEAVE THEM BE.

I don't own game dogs but they do mean a lot to me as far as the history of the bulldog. They are the foundation for the dogs we have today. These guys love game dogs just like we love our weight pull dogs. Different strokes for different folks.

What I have heard.

Look I was just saying what I had heard. "that Tabby girl was dog of the year " to try and keep people from posting false information. It does not matter to me I do not own either dog, or anything similar to them I am sure that both dogs are super great dogs, but my point is to say "who says that either dog is dog of the year" and for what? I found it amusing that the May Day dog is from my area of the country and I have never heard of the dog, I am just wandering if this was a false post. Sorry for offending anyone but the truth is what it is. Miguel Luna.

I like the history my self dee but try and remember my point. Its History that means that was a dfferent time and era. People these days find that cruel. I am trying to preserve these dogs. The only way todo that is follow the rules. If people dont do this we can all kiss the baby. Because you cant beat the system. So why not play by the rules. These guys fighting the dogs dont even fight them the right way. All they do is let them scrach. The bad thing is they are doing it right in the middle of our streets for everybody to see. That is not a real dog man. A real dog man keeps his comin seens. And a clear head. So dont look at me like i am bashing on anybody. Mike Winggins.

You can't put these guys in the same group as street kids unless you know them personally. If that dude thinks he has the dog of the year then good for him. Just be careful how you disagree with people b/c people get heated and then James has to spend extra time deleting bull$heet.

Game dogs

As Dee said if it were not for the game dogs we would not have the pull dogs that we do .
Personally I have both and have a breeding in the works that will cross the 2 just like others have done with great results . A pull dog would be no good without the drive and tenacity that they get from the game lines.

I agree that the thugs and gangsters and drug dealers need to leave them be and find another breed to tear down .
