I haven't been to a lot of pulls this year and I have to say this had to be one of the best. EVERYONE was cordial to everyone.
I wasn't there on Saturday but I was on Sunday and boy howdy I can't say enough. It was a showdown.
Saturday Goodners Tank took body pound over 60 on Saturday. That dog is as crazy as his owners. Way to go Texas.
Once again on Sunday Gary Miller and his dogs set the pace. Both the dog and owner are awesome to watch work.
Riddick had us all on our feet- that boy has completely changed. Great job SDK.
Angel and Bones-- I'm watching you. Great job Matt and Adrian
Shawn Graham- you fed Mike hog fat 81#. Beautiful work. You left us all with our jaws dropped. Congrats.
Mike Hansen- I can't believe I'm gonna say this but nice job and congrats on having a hard working dog in Sweet Liberty. You're still gonna have to sing.

Jason and Kaye, Thanks for letting us crash at your place and feeding us. That was a real treat!
Shout out to HB and Bryan and the Folks from Fairfield, (Sorry I forgot your name) for representing the AB's. Good job to Dem Texas Boys Shut'Em Down, Hardwood, DLK, Greg, Dave and Dean. Hey guys, I have a question about the track. Was it elevated or flat? i know this probably sounds a little dumb to ask, but I am new to the game and want to practice and train the dogs as if they were at a competiton. How was the Dewey track as well. I am planning on going this September. Congrats to all. Of the people that I pulled with at Liberty, Chris-kandi and Riddick are some great dogs and competitors. I hope I get to meet the rest of you at Dewey!! Congratulations to all and take care!

After this weekend it's nothing but Light Beer and Sun Chips for the Tankster!
Shawn I told you Mike would have his day. Not you Muscle Head! The Dog Mike. Good Job man!
I'm glad that we all had a good time.

The track was set up level in PV. Dewey track was on an incline and will be again more than likely. Both are hard pulling tracks. Good luck!

You we are south so I call it Canada LOL. We had a great time and I hope all made it home safely. The competition was fierce and the competitors were all great sports. There was nothing but good dogs and good people to be found. Everyone congratulated the winners and everyone cheered for the dogs. That is what it is all about. That is what I compete in this sport for. Thanks to the 89er club for the wonderful show. Thanks to the APA for making it happen and I look forward to Nats, I don't know if I want to pull my dog or set up and spectate because it is going to be a war!

I had a great time...congratulations to all the class winners and everybody...I think the competition was as stiff as any I've ever been a part of...great battles in every weight class...I echo those same feelings as Adrian touched on...it's nice to see folks being fierce competitors and cordial all at the same time...I hope everyone had a safe journey home...hope to see everyone real soon...I think this was some of the best pulling I have witnessed in quite some time...the track was very tough and the dogs really had to work out of the hole...I think were gonna sneak up on some East coast dogs...don't count us out just yet!
