E-Collar

He shouldn't be "marking" his bedding. He might be confused from the transition from house to outside.

I would use a good e-collar (Tritronics) and "correct" him when he does it.

Couple times and he will get the picture.

I haven't ever had any luck with e-collars. They work on somethings but with the peeing thing I would change his thought process.....he could be doing this for a number of reasons....Dogs do things to get attention from humans....whether it be bad or good they love attention. He may be doing this because he wants attention. My opinion is to take the dog house and give it a good cleaning to get the smell completely off of it and then take the dog off of his chain or take him on a leash to let him pee close to his territory incase he is on a chain.

Good luck and hope you get him under control. Make sure he is getting discipline and excercise where he is relocated. That helps a LOT!

At least you dont have to deal with one that pisses on his food before he eats it everyday! Ha. Ha. I would just keep his house clean and hope he figures out that is nasty. Good luck to you. Miguel Luna.

If you are not carefull you can ruin a dog quickly with a shock collar they MUST be used correctly.

E-Collars

I've used E-collars successfully for years.

I would think catching a dog pissing in his bedding is cause for a correction.

Maybe I'm wrong.

Then again, maybe my dogs come when they are called and don't piss where they shouldn't.

Hammer I wasnt saying that you did not know how I was suggesting that Ariel be carefull if using one .
I used them for years on my coonhounds with much success but I have also seen guys overuse them and ruin good dogs.
and yes the Tritronics is the best one to get

I also have my dogs come when called and they dont pee their bed and they quit barking when I tell them to but I dont have to shock them to get results.
