I know if a lot of you pull guys show up with your big rednose dogs the bully world usually freaks....
Blue has been in for a while but anytime they see a pitbull that is 21 or 22in plus and around 100 pounds or over they are like " what kind of pit is that!" LOL......it cracks me up....Bully shows are fun to go to though....most promote great images and they are usually well planned and regulated.
It would be funny to see a dog like sticker or hummer or Mr. Rip go to that event because it would beat out the bullies at a lot of classes....I just think that would be funny to see all those guys with good looking bullies stare when a huge weight pull dog cast shadows on them...lol
I'm not a hater though...I like some bullies too.

This is a show that is going to represent The American Pit Bull in a positive way. The show is a family oriented event and look for your support.
I have video clips of some of the top Weight Pullers in the country attend this type of events and will post up the website soon for you to view the info on the show. The American Bully Terrier is a show of its own at the Texas Bully Bowl.
If you have any suggestions on what you would like to incorporate at this show call me direct.

You know I'm not sure I know that either? I know us boys down here in Oklahoma and Texas represent pretty well on the track....where is the other "some of the best" from? What ever happened to Bob Bonacorsi? Didn't he used to have some of the best active whopper blood out there? I'm just curious to what happened to him....cause a few years back I remember he had a website and some champions n stuff and now I can't find any info?

This is our chance to show the world what pit bulls have to offer. Let's put our best foot forward and leave a lasting impression. It may be the last one.

Last one! Dont think so this has just begun!!
Dallas, Tx will go out with a bang on the weight pull.
So many people in Texas that want to have something closer to home to weight pull. Gas is crazy....
I have told my club member and friends and we are all hyped about it..
CAN'T WAIT...

I've always passed on the Bully shows in the past because I'm usually tied up with other things...but with the price of gas like it is,it has severely limited my traveling plans as far as weight pulling goes...so it's nicer to see something like this close to home...I'm gonna load up the trailer and bring some beef...I think it will be pretty cool just to chill out a bit and pull some dogs regardless of the format...I'm looking forward to being able to showcase some of my dogs and enjoy the scenery! Please keep us posted! Thanks!

I am looking forward to this show. Ill be pulling Chulo and Riddick. This will be a huge show with TV and Radio advertising. This will be a good opportunity to get those last qualifying legs for the APA nationals. Hope to see everyone out there!
Hey how much is it to pull? I saw on the website how much it is for showing, but not for pulling. BTW whoever put together the website, it looks awesome

I have heard through the grapevine from a very reliable source that this will be an APA pull and will have be a pointed event. I think I will be attending if everything goes right because I have a dog that needs to get qualified for championships. Hope to see everyone there.

I spoke with one of my good friends that is a president of a car club....he said that Jaime the promoter, contacted him about doing a custom car show the same day as the bully show in the other building. There would be a package deal on the cost to view both shows. Well before I got into wp , I belonged to one of the most prestige carclubs in texas, and entered shows all over. This sounds like fun, having two of my most favorite things to do in one day!! Lets pull some dogs and check out some custom cars!!

I'm with you Chris. This may also give the responsible pit bull owner's an opportunity to educate or show car people that we love our dogs and they are wonderful gentle pets. I feel BSL violates my consitutional rights and afraid we are challenged to fight b/c we don't have money like other organizations standing up for their cause or rights. I do commend Jennet of NTBBC for her outstanding leadership and dedication to the breed.

Chris,
I'm still an avid car/truck person to this very day...I've had a passion for muscle cars my whole life...when you say car show also include trucks into that mix cause I still own a few trucks I'm pretty proud of...one of them is a '90 Chevy that sports a complete shave job,4X6 drop and c notch, cowl hood, custom airbrushing, custom billet grille, billet teardrop bumper w/fog lamps, custom white diamond pearl paint rolling on 17's Weld racing Arrowheads, interior has custom Auto meter guages throughout and billet trim and all this is powered by a chevy ZZ502/502 crate motor with polished&ported aluminum heads and internally balanced Big Block Chevy 502 ci and 525 hp...this baby is clean to this day and she will definitely tote the mail!still maintains A/C...I have about $40K and several years in this baby easily!
The other is my '82 Chevy...tubbed,dropped and leveled maintains pretty much stock appearance with a '90 front clip and custom billet grille, interior is tucked and rolled burgundy with custom auto meter guages,B&M mega shifter, reverse valve body manual shift 3500 stall turbo 350 stage II...this dude has a 540 ci big block chevy shredding the huge Hoosiers with 650 ground pounding dyno'd HP...the rear tires are 29X18.5X15's and they sit nicely tucked into the rear fenderwheels...this baby right here is the real deal and I have plenty of fun playing with this dude...this dude right here will loose the mail in a hurry LOL!
It will be a blast...a few photos of my 540 big block bowtie!

lol...I couldn't resist. That sure sounds like a lot of gas guzzlin ponies to me.....you ever run em in the 1/8 or 1/4mile for fun? I used to have a 67 Chevy with a 2, 4 drop and a 465hp 327 that ran 6.40's in the 1/8 mile. It was a blast! I've been looking for another truck or old car to start on but still haven't ran across a good deal yet....Sounds like we need a car club too!
