I am currently working on building a track. I am wanting to build a track to ADBA/APA standards. My question is would 3in. square tubing 14 gauge be sufficent to hold the weight for all the wt. classes I would hate to start building this track and then find out this is not strong enough please all help is appreciated. Also I plan on using this track when someone is in need of putting on a sanctioned show but is having difficulty finding one Myself would like to hold shows as well question is does everyone prefer to pull on the rails where the angle iron is positioned like a V. with the casters that are v-notched or sit flat like a L I always hear people say they love the way a certain track pulls and just curious as to what a good track to pull on is. I am new to the sport so my experience on rails is limited also any advice on construction of the track would be helpful
