Sorry man. Both dogs have to be registered by the same registry in order for a litter to have any papers at all.
So if you were thinking about having a litter with one dog with adba and one dog with ukc then don't. You'll just put more unregistered dogs out there when there are enough breeders out there that breed great dogs with all the paperwork.
If you were to take a dog that is adba and they are atleast 1 year of age then you can take them to a judge at a UKC show and fill out some paperwork and let the judge check it out and as long as everything is correct then you can register it through the ukc. Then you would have one dog adba and ukc registered and one dog just ukc and then you could register the litter UKC only.

probably be easier to do a single dog application on the ukc dog with the adba. go to adba site and see how to register 1 dog.
