Where: Lone Grove, Oklahoma (8 miles west of I-35)
Pull held at Lone Grove Agricultural Center- Barn has heating, bathrooms, and concession. Plenty of room!
Time: Weigh In 8-9:30 am both days. Pull starts at 10 am

Pull will be on Rails both days.
Following weight pull there will be a FREE dinner served. Immediately following that Brian Hosfelt is putting on a novice protection tournament. Each dog will get five scenerios to go through. Should be lots of fun!

i have a question about the protection tournament, will the dogs earn a title or certificate if they pass?
what is exspected of the dog under each senerio?

The protection tournament is considered Novice. There will be no titles awarded for participation or passing of the tournament. There will be hardware to take home for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. There will be a trained professional there who works in many types of different working areas in regard to bite work. If you desire to achieve a title Im sure he can lead you in the right way.
The tournament will have 5 scenerios for your dog. One example could be you and your dog sitting in a vehicle. Out of nowhere someone comes to the window and trys to rob you. Does your dog engage or not? That is just one example of many that could be staged.

I will be there with 3-4 dogs.Hope to see everyone come out.This will be the first APA pull in are area.Will be a good time to bring out some new dogs and warm up some old ones.Bruce
