Dog Legislation in Maine, PETITION

Check this out, they are trying to push through 4 or 5 dog breeding laws in the state of Maine right now, spearheaded by an HSUS member.

They snuck a big law in, in 2007, making pretty much everyone who even sells 1 puppy a "business", so I guess they figure they can roll a whole bunch in.
