the shows

Yes it is true. CARE is getting a second guitarist. He has many tattoos, and has actually been seen beating up young Emo kids. As for being a good guitarist, that is completely false. Microwave killing...from CNN.com

UNIONTOWN, Pennsylvania (AP) -- A man threw a microwave at his girlfriend, then fatally beat her after she refused to heat up sandwiches, police said.

Walter S. Fordyce, 58, of Uniontown remained jailed without bond Thursday on a charge of criminal homicide. It wasn't clear if he had an attorney.

Fordyce told police he began arguing with his live-in girlfriend, Mary McCann, 58, early Thursday.

After throwing her to the floor, Fordyce threw a microwave oven onto McCann's chest after she refused to heat up sandwiches for him, he told police.

Fordyce also said he stomped on McCann's chest repeatedly, then banged her head on the floor until she lost consciousness -- but that he also said he didn't mean to kill her, police said.

"It was an accident. I didn't do it on purpose," police quoted Fordyce as saying.

Fordyce ran to a neighbor's house for help but couldn't find anyone there to call 911, police said.

After returning home and checking McCann for a pulse -- and finding none -- he went downstairs and drank a beer before going to another neighbor's home and asking them to call 911, police said.

Autopsy results were not immediately available.

"GET YOUR BAND ON OUR NEXT COMPILATION CD!!! (FREE!)

Hey everyone. We are ready to work on a new comp or 2. We are looking for Punk/Hardcore bands who would like to be featured on our next compilation CD.

Our last comp did great, and we all had great times at the CD release shows...so why not do it again! The last comp featured only California bands, but this one will be open to all Punk/Hardcore bands in the world. If we get enough bands and songs, which I'm sure we will, we can even separate the genres into their own comps, or maybe a 2 CD set.

To be on the comp(s), all you need is a decent recording and an unreleased song. Send it our way, and we'll do the rest. We have to be a little picky when it comes to the selection of songs, but if you send the lyrics, that�s a great selling point! (hint hint)

THE DEADLINE FOR THIS RELEASE IS JANUARY 1ST, 2006. So get your shit together NOW!

If you aren't going to be recording anytime soon, and you want us to release something that�s already out there, send it over and bug us. We usually don't make exceptions, but you might get lucky. You want to be on a kick ass comp RIGHT!? (So go record a NEW song already!)

It went pretty well

Aside from the disgusting sound, it was a good show. We played Bad Religion songs. Keegan had a spider bite and had to sit down, so he was extra funny. Make sure to check out the show this Friday if you can. Charged rules.

Went to the doctor this morning, I have a highly resistant staph infection( MRSA ),(plus abscess)that only a limited amount of antibiotics work to stop the infection. The CRATER, no joke, think meteor crater, in my leg now is about half an inch or so in diameter, they measured it and took pictures, they've never seen one this bad! ( pretty cool! ) I'm on two antibiotics, so theres your update, peace out.
