They are not from the Carribean Islands. I think their video clip (Isle of Paradise) may have been shot there but they are from German.

They have been doing re-mixes and only a few songs are theirs.

Uhm, I think susa blo mipla got part of it right. The male in the group is part Carribean so one can say they're from the Islands just as they're from Germany. Also their music is obviously influenced by the that of the Carribeans. So in all, it a balanced equation- all sides win.
