well i play goalie so i like a brine money on a Brine flipgrip magnum with monster mesh. its a little heavy but has very good feel and has a huge pocket(only if you break it in) ive been using it for a wile now but its a nice stick



for defence i reccomend a kryptowire with a finalizer its light but not to light it has good haneling but it is also heavy enough good for checks
