Left hand?

How can I work my left hand .. cause I'm not that good at it.

learn to cradle with your gloves on then instead of playing catch right handed start short left and slowly it will get better then when its a decent play both hands swithing after every pass tahts what i do and my left hand is like 90% equal to my right now

well i like the mirror drill, its when u do something righty slowly and then bring it to ur left hand with good form, it works on ur form

dont use your right just have days out of the week were you only go lefty but make sure you keep your right strong on the other days

play wallball, practice cradling and if you have a goal, shooting.
thats what i did to improve my left hand. i cant sidearm lefty for beans though.

get in front of a mirror and study your right hand throwing motion with the stick (without the ball). Then, try to mimick it with the left. Once you kind of have it down, get a ball and use your left on the wall. Don't forget to step w/ your opposite foot. When you begin, try to push the stick with the top hand and pull the stick with the bottom.

go up to a wall and practice bouncing and hitting the wall, then go straight on , then go upwards, then use one hand. Builds up muscles, ull get used to it.

We'll since I'm left handed I usully just try to bounce around on a wall or play catch with my friend,But since I'm a Goalie I really dont need to play both hands.

just put your hold your stick left handed and remove your bottom hand, and thrwo like that for a while
