This is for all of my underclassmen buds who want to catch up to some seasoned vets. I noticed that warrior came out with a heavy shaft that they call a training shaft. Instead of paying a bunch of money on this I suggest buying a 1/2 inch piece of rigid conduit steel pipe and cutting it to the length of the shaft. Simply run a strip of tape around each end to make it fit sung without rattle and begin wall drilling or shooting. The burn that follows the workout with this is the same as doing it for like an hour but you only have to spend like 10 mins on it a day. Then just pop off your end cap and slip it out when your ready to play again. It makes the stick feel like a feather too. Shout out to E-lacrosse as well, awesome set up here guys.
