1. set up cones or find a lined field that you can train on. run suicides. forever. out 5 yards, back, out 10 yards, back, etc. these will make you faster and more agile.
2. run stairs at a stadium or school or other place that has decently long stairs.
3. run sprints, get a friend to train with you and challenge them to short sprint races, running against your friend will make you more motivated and make you push harder because you will want to beat them for bragging rights
4. buy a pair of ankle weights and wear them when you run, you can also wear them when doing any of the exercises above.
