f u throw with your stick and u can feel the ball slam aginst the shooters, u have whip. if the ball rolls right out, u dont. its preference. sometimes too much whip makes the stick shoot lower, but it can be easily fixed by adjusting the shooters. Heres what i think is the perfect set up . three shooters. diamond style. top one goes as tight as u can get it. second one goes pretty tight but not nearly as tight as the top one. third one goes in tight, but dont tie the knot, then shoot around with it untill the string loosens up to the spot where it thorws pefrectly. tie the know and youre done
