im a middie that is palnning on switching to longpole middie. i was wondering what heads are good for defense. I prefer a head that is strong and wont crack but i also want a head that would create a good pocket for control on the offensive end of the field.

well i play long pole and i have a wizard that is stong and durable, a harrow h2 is really stiff, maybe something of warrior cuz all there **** is stiff when u buy it new, im not sure but the stx powerplay is really strong but i have seen them brake becasue the cant absorb the checks and instead of flexing they just break, a bionic.

i use a revolution and its pretty good

the most important thing is to have a really stiff head so ur checks are strong
you can string a good pocket into any head

i would say to a STX primer with a two degree bend stx shaft to give you an advaantage on the offensive end.
