Elmers Glue works, lmao, worked for me, but maybe thats not what u want to do, and someone else can give you something else to do, but it worked for me, just apply with paper towel, let dry in shape you want to stay, and boom, all set.

ive tried to turn soft mesh into hard mesh a couple of times. I found this spray called stiffen stuff for fabric and it worked alright. After a couple games or so it goes right back. Water is a major problem as well. I wouldnt suggest any glues or anything along that line. Instead of toying around with different glues and chemicals to make it harder i would pop the ten bucks for a new piece of hard mesh
