i hav a helix w\ a red top( i dyd it) purple middl and red bottom. o wanna dye it black for 1 of my school colors. sooo will the purple go with the black and turn out dark? or will it be crap. i gonna glu gun the red cuz thatll look pretty good with the black. so can any1 help me?

from my experience, it should make it darker. ive read that you can boil your head and some of the dye will come back out. i dont know how true that is, but in case you do the black and it messes it up, you might have a chance to fix it
